તે પછી અહાશ્વેરોશ રાજાએ અગાગી હામ્મદાથાના પુત્ર હામાનને ઊંચી પદવીએ બઢતી આપી. તેણે તેની બેઠક સર્વ અમલદારોથી ઊંચી રાખી.
