एस्तेर 3:8

हामान ने राजा क्षयर्ष से कहा, “तेरे राज्य के सब प्रान्तों में रहनेवाले देश-देश के लोगों के मध्य में तितर-बितर और छिटकी हुई एक जाति है, जिसके नियम और सब लोगों के नियमों से भिन्न हैं; और वे राजा के कानून पर नहीं चलते, इसलिए उन्हें रहने देना राजा को लाभदायक नहीं है।

¶ And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to suffer them.
