రాజు “రాజైన అహష్వేరోషు అనే నేను నపుంసకుల ద్వారా పంపిన ఆజ్ఞకు వష్తి రాణి లోబడ లేదు కాబట్టి చట్ట పరిధిలో ఆమెను ఏమి చేయాలి?” అని వారిని అడిగాడు.
