ராஜாவாகிய அகாஸ்வேரு அதிகாரிகளின் மூலமாகச் சொல்லியனுப்பின கட்டளையின்படி ராணியாகிய வஸ்தி செய்யாமற்போனதினால், தேசத்தின் சட்டப்படி அவளுக்குச் செய்யவேண்டியது என்ன என்று கேட்டான்.
