Om kungen finner för gott, låt då ett kungligt påbud gå ut och låt det skrivas in i Persiens och Mediens lagar så att det inte kan ändras, att Vashti aldrig mer får komma inför kung Ahasveros. Och kungen bör ge hennes kungliga värdighet åt någon annan som är bättre än hon.
