Se così par bene al re, sia bandito un decreto reale da parte sua, e sia scritto fra le leggi di Persia e di Media, talchè sia irrevocabile: Che Vasti non verrà più in presenza del re Assuero; e che il re darà la dignità reale di essa ad una sua compagna, migliore di lei.
