เพราะโมรเดคัยคนยิวมีตำแหน่งรองกษั​ตริ​ย์อาหสุเอรัส และท่านเป็นใหญ่ท่ามกลางพวกยิว และเป็​นที​่ชอบพอของมวลญาติ​พี่​น้องของท่าน เพราะท่านแสวงหาความมั่งคั่งให้​ชนชาติ​ของท่าน และพูดให้​เก​ิดสันติสุขแก่เชื้อสายทั้งปวงของท่าน
