സഭാപ്രസംഗി 9:5

ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവർ തങ്ങൾ മരിക്കും എന്നറിയുന്നു; മരിച്ചവരോ ഒന്നും അറിയുന്നില്ല; മേലാൽ അവർക്കു ഒരു പ്രതിഫലവും ഇല്ല; അവരെ ഓർമ്മ വിട്ടുപോകുന്നുവല്ലോ.

For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
