பிரசங்கி 8:11

தீயசெயல்களுக்குத்தகுந்த தண்டனைச் சீக்கிரமாக நடவாதபடியால், மனிதர்களின் இருதயம் பொல்லாப்பைச் செய்ய அவர்களுக்குள்ளே துணிகரம் கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
