જે કોઈ રાજાની આજ્ઞાનું પાલન કરે છે તેને કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની શિક્ષા થશે નહિ. બુદ્ધિમાન માણસનું અંત:કરણ પ્રસંગ તથા ન્યાય સમજે છે.

Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.
