இப்படியிருக்க, மூடனைவிட ஞானிக்கு உண்டாகும் மேன்மை என்ன? உயிருள்ளவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக நடந்துகொள்ளும்படி அறிந்த ஏழைக்கும் உண்டாகும் மேன்மை என்ன?

For what hath the wise more than the fool? what hath the poor, that knoweth to walk before the living?
