Prediker 5:1

(4:17) Bewaar uw voet, als gij tot het huis Gods ingaat, en zijt liever nabij om te horen, dan om der zotten slachtoffer te geven; want zij weten niet, dat zij kwaad doen.

Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.
