ข้าพเจ้าสะสมเงินทองไว้​ด้วย​ และส่ำสมทรัพย์​สมบัติ​อันควรคู่กับกษั​ตริ​ย์และควรคู่กับเมืองทั้งหลาย ข้าพเจ้ามีนั​กร​้องชายหญิงสำหรับตัว และเครื่องดนตรี​ทุกอย่าง​ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งชอบใจบุตรทั้งหลายของมนุษย์

I gathered me also silver and gold, and the peculiar treasure of kings and of the provinces: I gat me men singers and women singers, and the delights of the sons of men, as musical instruments, and that of all sorts.
