வெள்ளியையும் பொன்னையும், ராஜபொக்கிஷங்களையும் மாகாணங்களிலுள்ள பொருள்களையும் சேகரித்தேன்; சங்கீதக்காரர்களையும் சங்கீதக்காரிகளையும், மனுமக்களுக்கு இன்பமான பலவித சம்பாதித்தேன்.

I gathered me also silver and gold, and the peculiar treasure of kings and of the provinces: I gat me men singers and women singers, and the delights of the sons of men, as musical instruments, and that of all sorts.
