બધી જ વસ્તુઓ કંટાળાજનક છે તેનું પૂરું વર્ણન મનુષ્ય કરી શકે તેમ નથી. ગમે તેટલું જોવાથી આંખો થાકતી નથી અને સાંભળવાથી કાન સંતુષ્ટ થતા નથી.

All things are full of labour; man cannot utter it: the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.
