માટે તારા હૃદયમાંથી ગુસ્સો દૂર કર. અને તારું શરીર દુષ્ટત્વથી દૂર રાખ, કેમ કે યુવાવસ્થા અને ભરજુવાની એ વ્યર્થતા છે.

Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.
