இரும்பு ஆயுதம் மழுங்கலாக இருக்க, அதை ஒருவன் தீட்டாமற்போனால், அதிக பலத்தைச் செலவிடவேண்டியதாகும்; ஆகையால் ஒரு காரியத்தைச் செவ்வையாகச் செய்வதற்கு ஞானமே முக்கியம்.

If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.
