Vloek den koning niet, zelfs in uw gedachten, en vloek den rijke niet in het binnenste uwer slaapkamer; want het gevogelte des hemels zou de stem wegvoeren, en het gevleugelde zou het woord te kennen geven.

¶ Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.
