રાજાને શાપ ન આપીશ તારા વિચારમાં પણ નહિ, અને દ્રવ્યવાનને તારા સૂવાના ઓરડામાંથી પણ શાપ ન દે, કારણ કે, વાયુચર પક્ષી તે વાત લઈ જશે અને પંખી તે વાત કહી દેશે.

¶ Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.
