सभोपदेशक 10:10

यदि कुल्हाड़ा थोथा हो और मनुष्य उसकी धार को पैनी न करे, तो अधिक बल लगाना पड़ेगा; परन्तु सफल होने के लिये बुद्धि से लाभ होता है।

If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.
