પુનર્નિયમ 9:3

માટે આજે જાણ કે ખાઈ નાખનાર અગ્નિરૂપે તમારી આગળ પેલે પાર જનાર તો યહોવાહ તમારા ઈશ્વર છે. તે એ લોકોનો નાશ કરશે. અને તે તેઓને નીચા પાડશે; અને યહોવાહના વચન અનુસાર તમે તેઓને કાઢી મૂકશો તેમ જ જલ્દી તેઓનો નાશ કરશો.

Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is he which goeth over before thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.
