உபாகமம் 8:5

ஒருவன் தன் மகனைச் சிட்சிக்கிறதுபோல உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உன்னைச் சிட்சிக்கிறார் என்று நீ உன் இருதயத்தில் அறிந்துகொள்வாயாக.

Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee.
