உபாகமம் 7:25

அவர்களுடைய தெய்வங்களின் சிலைகளை அக்கினியினால் சுட்டெரிக்கக்கடவாய்; நீ அவைகளால் சிக்கிக்கொள்ளாதபடி, அவைகளில் இருக்கிற வெள்ளியையும், பொன்னையும் ஆசைப்படாமலும், அதை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளாமலும் இருப்பாயாக; அவைகள் உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்கு அருவருப்பானவைகள்.

The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therein: for it is an abomination to the LORD thy God.
