உபாகமம் 6:21

நீ உன் மகனை நோக்கி: நாங்கள் எகிப்திலே பார்வோனுக்கு அடிமைகளாக இருந்தோம்; யெகோவா பலத்த கையினாலே எங்களை எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்படச்செய்தார்.
