ద్వితీయోపదేశ కాండము 5:9

వాటికి నమస్కరించకూడదు, వాటిని పూజింపకూడదు. మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా అనే నేను రోషం గల దేవుణ్ణి. నన్ను ద్వేషించేవారి విషయంలో మూడు నాలుగు తరాల వరకూ తండ్రులు చేసిన దోషాన్ని కొడుకులపైకి రప్పిస్తాను.
