ద్వితీయోపదేశ కాండము 5:16

మీ దేవుడు యెహోవా మీకిచ్చే దేశంలో మీరు దీర్ఘాయువుతో, సుఖశాంతులు కలిగి ఉండేలా ఆయన మీకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్టు మీ తల్లి తండ్రులను గౌరవించండి.

¶ Honour thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
