Du ska inte böja dig för dem eller tjäna dem, för jag Herren (Jahveh), din Gud (Elohim), är en nitälskande Gud (hebr. El qana) [kräver odelad lojalitet], som hemsöker fädernas synder över sönerna och över tredje och fjärde generationen hos dem som hatar mig,
