ద్వితీయోపదేశ కాండము 4:31

మీ దేవుడు యెహోవా కనికరం గలవాడు కాబట్టి మీ చెయ్యి విడవడు, మిమ్మల్ని నాశనం చేయడు. తాను మీ పూర్వీకులతో చేసిన నిబంధన వాగ్దానాన్ని మరచిపోడు.

(For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.
