യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ മിസ്രയീമിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടശേഷം മോശെ യോർദ്ദാന്നക്കരെ ഹെശ്ബോനിൽ പാർത്തിരുന്ന അമോര്യരാജാവായ സീഹോന്റെ ദേശത്തു ബേത്ത്‒പെയോരിന്നെതിരെയുള്ള താഴ്‌വരയിൽവെച്ചു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞ സാക്ഷ്യങ്ങളും ചട്ടങ്ങളും വിധികളും ഇവതന്നേ.
