અમોરીઓનો રાજા સીહોન, જે હેશ્બોનમાં રહેતો હતો, જેને મૂસા અને ઇઝરાયલી લોકોએ મિસરમાંથી તેઓ બહાર નીકળ્યા ત્યારે તેને હરાવ્યો હતો, તેના દેશમાં યર્દનની પૂર્વ તરફ, બેથ-પેઓરની સામેની ખીણમાં મૂસાએ આ વચનો કહી સંભળાવ્યાં.
