એ માટે, જો તેણે અગાઉ કોઈ દુશ્મનાવટ વગર અજાણતાં કોઈ વ્યક્તિને મારી નાખી હોય, તો તે ત્યાંથી નાસી જાય. આ નગરોમાંથી એક નગરમાં નાસી જઈને તે બચી જાય.

That the slayer might flee thither, which should kill his neighbour unawares, and hated him not in times past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live:
