ท่านกล่าวว่า “พระเยโฮวาห์เสด็จจากซี​นาย​ และทรงรุ่งแจ้งจากเสอีร์​มาย​ังเขาทั้งหลาย ​พระองค์​ทรงฉายรังสีจากภูเขาปาราน ​พระองค์​เสด็จพร้อมกับวิ​สุทธิ​ชนนับหมื่นๆ ​ที่​พระหัตถ์เบื้องขวามีไฟเป็นพระราชบัญญั​ติ​​แก่​​เขา​

And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
