యెషూరూను కొవ్వి కాలు దువ్వాడు, మీరు కొవ్వుతో బలిసి మొద్దులాగా అయ్యారు. యెషూరూను తనను పుట్టించిన దేవుణ్ణి వదిలేశాడు. తన రక్షణ శిలను నిరాకరించాడు.

¶ But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
