ఆయన ఆ ప్రజను ఎడారి ప్రదేశంలో కనుగొన్నాడు. బీడు భూమిలో, భీకరమైన శబ్దాలు ఉన్న నిర్జన ప్రదేశంలో అతణ్ణి రక్షించి ఆదుకున్నాడు. తన కనుపాపలా అతణ్ణి కాపాడాడు.

He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
