પણ યશુરૂને પુષ્ટ થઈને લાત મારી, તું હુષ્ટપુષ્ટ, જાડો અને સુંવાળો થયો, જે ઈશ્વરે તેને બનાવ્યો હતો તેમનો તેણે ત્યાગ કર્યો, તેણે તેના ઉદ્ધારના ખડકનો તિરસ્કાર કર્યો.

¶ But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
