પુનર્નિયમ 31:23

પછી યહોવાહે નૂનના પુત્ર યહોશુઆને સોંપણી કરી અને તેને કહ્યું, “બળવાન તથા હિંમતવાન થા; કારણ કે, ઇઝરાયલપુત્રોને મેં જે દેશ આપવાને મેં સમ ખાધા હતા તેમાં તારે એમને લઈ જવાના છે, અને હું તારી સાથે રહીશ.”

And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou shalt bring the children of Israel into the land which I sware unto them: and I will be with thee.
