Mula Aroer, na nasa gilid ng lambak ng Arnon, at mula sa lungsod na nasa lambak, patungong Galaad, walang isang lungsod na masyadong mataas para sa atin. Si Yahweh na ating Diyos ang siyang nagbigay sa atin ng tagumpay sa ating mga kalaban.
