യഹോവ എന്നോടു: ഞാൻ സീഹോനെയും അവന്റെ ദേശത്തെയും നിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ ദേശം കൈവശമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതു അടക്കുവാൻ തുടങ്ങുക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.
