అతడు మీకు అప్పిస్తాడు గానీ మీరు అతనికి అప్పివ్వలేరు. అతడు తలగా ఉంటాడు, మీరు తోకగా ఉంటారు.

He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.
