પુનર્નિયમ 28:55

જે પોતાનાં સંતાનોનું માંસ ખાતો હશે તે તેઓમાંના કોઈને નહિ આપે, કેમ કે જે ઘેરાથી તથા આપત્તિથી તમારા સર્વ નગરોમાં તમારા શત્રુઓ ઘેરો નાખશે, તેને લીધે તેની પાસે કંઈ જ રહ્યું નહિ હોય.

So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee in all thy gates.
