5 Moseboken 26:14

Jag har inte ätit av det i min sorg, jag har heller inte lagt undan något av det som är (rituellt) orent och inte givit av det för någon död. Jag har lyssnat till Herrens (Jahvehs), min Guds (Elohims) röst och jag har gjort enligt allt som du har befallt mig.

I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of the LORD my God, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.
