Eğer kardeşler birlikte oturuyorsa ve içlerinden biri ölürse ve oğlu yoksa, ölenin karısı dışarıda bir yabancıyla evlenmeyecek. Kocasının erkek kardeşi onun yanına girecek ve onu kendine eş olarak alacak ve ona karşı kayın biraderlik görevini yerine getirecektir.
