ద్వితీయోపదేశ కాండము 25:1

“ప్రజలు తమ వివాదాల పరిష్కారానికి న్యాయస్థానానికి వస్తే న్యాయమూర్తులు వారికి తీర్పు చెప్పాలి. నీతిమంతుణ్ణి విడిపించి నేరస్తులను శిక్షించాలి.

If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.
