உபாகமம் 24:7

“தன் சகோதரர்களாகிய இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களில் ஒருவனைத் திருடி, அதினால் ஆதாயத்துக்காக அவனை விற்றுப்போட்ட ஒருவன் அகப்பட்டால், அந்தத் திருடன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்; இப்படியே தீமையை உன் நடுவிலிருந்து விலக்குவாயாக.

¶ If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.
