உபாகமம் 24:4

அவள் தீட்டுப்பட்டபடியினால், அவளை விவாகரத்து செய்த அவளுடைய முந்தின கணவன் திரும்பவும் அவளை மனைவியாகச் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளக்கூடாது; அது யெகோவாவுக்கு முன்பாக அருவருப்பானது; உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உனக்குச் சொந்தமாகக் கொடுக்கும் தேசத்தின்மேல் பாவத்தை வரச்செய்யாதே.

Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
