Deuteronomium 24:18

Gij zult gedenken, dat gij in Egypte slaaf geweest zijt, en dat de Here, uw God, u daaruit bevrijd heeft; daarom gebied ik u dit te doen.

But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.
