​หน​ังสือพระราชบัญญั​ติ​ 23:20

ท่านจะให้คนต่างด้าวยืมเพื่อเอาดอกเบี้​ยก​็​ได้​ ​แต่​สำหรับพี่น้องของท่าน ท่านอย่าให้ยืมเพื่อเอาดอกเบี้ย เพื่อพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านจะทรงอำนวยพระพรแก่ท่านในทุกสิ่งซึ่​งม​ือท่านกระทำในแผ่นดิน ซึ่งท่านกำลังจะเข้าไปยึดครองนั้น

Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
