ద్వితీయోపదేశ కాండము 23:21

మీరు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు మొక్కుకున్న తరువాత ఆ మొక్కుబడిని చెల్లించే విషయంలో ఆలస్యం చేయకూడదు. మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా అది చెల్లించడం జరగాలని చూస్తాడు. అలా చేయకపోతే అది మీకు పాపంగా పరిణమిస్తుంది.

¶ When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
