உபாகமம் 23:21

“நீ உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்குப் பொருத்தனை செய்திருந்தால், அதைச் செலுத்தத் தாமதம்செய்யாதே; உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா அதை நிச்சயமாக உன் கையில் கேட்பார்; அது உனக்குப் பாவமாகும்.

¶ When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
