પુનર્નિયમ 23:23

પરંતુ જે કંઈ બોલ્યા હોય તે તમે પાળો, તથા અમલમાં મૂકો; યહોવાહ તમારા ઈશ્વર પ્રત્યે જે કંઈ માનતા લીધી હોય એટલે કે જે ઐચ્છિકાર્પણનું વચન તે તમારા મુખથી આપ્યું હોય તો તે પ્રમાણે કરો.

That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.
